Many of the clients that I have had the pleasure of working with become more than clients, they become friends. The main reason for this is because of the philosophy that I approach real estate with.
My clients enjoy the fact that I am a no pressure agent. I believe that a person's home, especially for first time homebuyers, is one of the biggest investments that they have made in their entire lives. So before they decide I make sure that all of their concerns are answered so that they are happy with the decision that they have made.
I believe to truly represent my clients I must put their interest ahead of my own. It has been believed by many that real estate agents are worse than used car salesmen when it comes to ethics, but I believe that it is time for that to change. I make an oath to all my buyers and sellers that I will work hard for them and put their interest in front of my own.
Another reason that I am a great agent for first time homebuyers and investors is the background I come from. I have spent my entire adult life working in property management, and working closely with tenants.
The reson that this gives me an insight for first time homebuyers is that I understand what it is like to be a long time tenant so it is easier for me to understand their situation and their concerns in becoming a home owner.
I have been working managing and buying and selling flip houses since I was 16 years old. This gives me a great advantage in identifying investment properties and giving advice for first time investors on management techniques.
